Is the 31 December 2026 deadline when I have to sail?
No. 31 December 2026 is the enquiry deadline to lock early-booking and special-week rates before the January rush. The weeks you actually sail are the 2027 travel windows on each deal card. Enquire now, sail later.
Can the discount on a card change after I see it?
Yes. Every card is a dated snapshot of live fleet pricing, not a guaranteed quote. This edition was scanned on 2026-09-20. We re-check inventory about every two weeks during the campaign, and we always confirm the live weekly rate and availability with the operator before any option, hold, or deposit.
What does the published weekly price include?
The Was and Now figures are the weekly yacht charter fee for that boat and travel window. Fuel, marina fees, tourist tax, optional skipper or hostess, and provisioning sit outside that fee on almost every bareboat. On crewed programmes, APA (Advanced Provisioning Allowance) covers day-to-day running costs and is quoted separately.
What is the difference between early booking and a special week?
Early-booking deals usually cover a longer travel window: you pick any week inside that band at the discounted rate. Special-week rates are short, deep cuts on one or two weeks only. Italy often leads on specials. Cards flag short windows so you do not mistake them for long early-bird deals.
Do I need a skipper for these yachts?
Not necessarily. Many deals are bareboat if you have a qualified skipper in the party. If you prefer a professional on board, choose skippered in the enquiry and we will match the yacht, base, and crew. Either is fine if you want us to show both options.
Is SailScanner more expensive than booking the same boat direct?
No. You pay the same operator rate on the same yacht and week. Concierge does not add a mark-up. What you get is matching across fleets, a live price check, a short hold while you decide, and one WhatsApp thread from first message to deposit.
How does Deal Interest work?
Open Deal Interest from a deal card or the campaign page. Tell us the yacht (or destination), how flexible your dates are, charter mode, and how to reach you. We confirm live price and availability, then option or hold the week before you commit to a deposit. Prefer chat? Message us on WhatsApp with the same boat or destination.
How flexible are the travel dates on a deal?
If the card shows a multi-week window, the discount usually applies to any charter week inside that window, subject to live availability. Short specials are tighter: those weeks are the ones on offer. Tell us in the enquiry whether you need fixed dates or can shift by a week or two for a better rate.
